The European Association of Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics (EACPT) will once again present a Scientific Award at its Congress in Prague in 2017.
This award is for the best publication reporting research in an area relevant to clinical pharmacology, published since the last EACPT Congress in Madrid (June 2015).
In order to be considered for this award, applicants will need to send to Dr Maxwell (email@example.com), the secretary of EACPT the following:
- a copy of their publication in a pdf file named as follows: surname country-journal-publication month (e.g. Maxwell-UK-BJCP-2016-05)
- a brief one page commentary highlighting the key points of the scientific research, why it is important and, if necessary, its relationship to the discipline of clinical pharmacology, provided in a pdf file named as follows: surname-country-commentary (e.g. Maxwell-UK-commentary)
The paper and supporting commentary should be sent by 12 midday CET on January 31st 2017.
The winner will be chosen by votes cast by all individual EACPT associate members in the Spring of 2017 and they must be able to attend the 13th Congress in Prague to present their work.
